Cancellation and full refund:
All travellers with tickets for cancelled or blocked circulations up to August 30th will be able to give up travelling and request a full refund of the amount of their tickets, whatever the rate, according to the following procedures:
- Cancellation made directly with the original point of sale
- The customers may claim a full refund after the travel date of their ticket (up to 3 months):
- If they bought their ticket through SNCF, they have to ask for their refund on www.sncf.com (click on the Great Britain’s flag for English version)
- If they bought their ticket through the Renfe, they have to send an email to posventaviajeros@renfe.es
Exchange:
For reservations on cancelled or blocked circulations up to August 30th, customers may ask for a new reservation (reacommodation tariff) that they will have to show on board together with their original ticket. The new journey can be delivered in stations, at the ticket windows or in the Customer Care Centres.
