Our on-board personnel have been chosen to provide you with the best care and service, regardless of your nationality. You will find staff capable of attending you in several languages and you can ask them any questions you may have and request their service throughout the journey. To make your journey easier, the on-board PA announcements are made in different languages, depending on where the train is travelling: Spanish, Catalan and French.
The menu in our Buffet car has different seasonal menu options and other options for both hot and cold dishes. We also have a children’s menu. The selected products are of the finest quality and are changed several times a year. A trip to the buffet car will give you a chance to stretch your legs and enjoy a pleasant “international” moment.
If you prefer, you can also acquire our products without having to leave your seat, thanks to our mobile bar service.

On our trains, you can use your entertainment or work devices as required. Use the devices freely but try not to disturb the other passengers (use “silent” mode; talk in the platforms between cars, etc.).
Forget about dead batteries: there are power outlets in all seat rows so that you can charge your devices.
We have services for people with limited mobility on all our trains and in all our stations.
